PLY GEM WINDOWS seems to change the name of their lines frequently. Not a good sign when you might need parts for a certain line and they don’t offer them anymore.

Warranty keeps changing too. Ask and read warranty to confirm. Make sure product line is mentioned and date is current.

• Highest Quality – Ply Gem Premium Series – Double Hung, Double Slider. They come in Nail-on, Block, and Retrofit Dual Wall only.
• Medium Quality – Ply Gem Pro Series – 100 Series higher quality that has even sight line, vent stops, dual wall flush fin and stronger frame.  – Ply Gem Pro 200 Series is the lower end of the two.  – uneven site line.  –  Ply Gem Pro 700 Series is their lower end casement line.
• Lowest Builder Grade Quality – Ply Gem Contractor Series – builder grade windows. Builder 400, Builder 550, Contractor 400. Uneven site line. They come in Nail-on, block and Retrofit Single Wall.

Ply Gem Warranty is limited lifetime but has no glass breakage. Only 5 years tranferable. 6 months screen warranty. Check Ply Gem website or ask Ply Gem dealer for copy.

In California Ply Gem Premium Series was introduced in 2010. It replaced the Ply Gem Bryn Mawr II. Ply Gem Bryn Mawr II is no longer available.
